|Recommended: YesGood For Students — I have lived at University Village for a year now and I have renewed my lease to live here for another year. I think that if you're looking for the best value as a college student, this is it. I have done thorough research on other apartment complexes in the area and there is no other complex that is as affordable as UV. Nearly all utilities are included, individual leases protect people from potentially bad roommates, and the location is unrivaled. However, you do get what you pay for. The complex is old -- built in the 70s -- and is undergoing some renovations. These are not luxury apartments, but they are a good place to start for broke college kids.

|Recommended: YesChanges — It's convenient and relatively safe, but old management was so disorganized and it was exhausting arguing with them. This new management seems significantly more orgnized though, so I'm sure it isn't as bad as it was when I first moved in.
