|Recommended: NoLiving At Urv For 3 Years — If you are looking for an affordable place and nice maintenance staff then URV is a good place.
On the other hand there is issues with homeless people coming and digging in the trash and leaving big mess often. Also I have had multiple packages stolen from the apartment front door, I have requested to send my packages to the office and I was denied that service. Once I was struggling with paying rent on-time and I requested 3 extra days and the lady who help me was very rude and said, there will be a charge of 100 fee. I told her to check my records and that it was the first time I would be late with rent and she said, There is always a first time. I felt humiliated when she said that to me.
The only really good experience I have had is with the maintenance service, the people are very nice and helpful, but the people at the office are NOT very nice to the tenants.

|Recommended: YesGood Place To Live — Some people don’t know how to pick up their dogs poop but other than that it’s pretty clean area. The parking is good but people from the other apartments near by park in our covered areas making it hard to find a spot but overall good place to live.
