|Recommended: YesA Nice Place To Live — Staffs and manager are friendly, easy to approach and asked for help. The place is nice, clean. Landscapes, plants are the ones I loved most. Awesome place so far to stay with all the apartments I lived before.

|Recommended: YesPretty Good I Love Our Apartment — I think this place is absolutely adorable. The maintenance guy Dustin I think was great and very helpful. The office is good about answering our questions. I don’t like the parking situation because it’s first come first serve even though we pay for it. And there was a lot of miscommunication at first but overall my boyfriend and I love it here.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — Great deal all-around good location, good price, they keep it well maintained, neighbors are cool, and the property is safe gated, security . Never had an issue with anyone - neighbors, management, maintenance, etc, lots of good people here. Pretty massive complex as well so lots of options depending on your needs.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Be In — This is such a nice community compared to some of the other complexes I’ve been in. Much better parking situation, very friendly neighbors and the staff is super helpful. I’m very happy
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live While Attending Sac State — 5 stars for everything except for Grounds Cleanliness. The property management do a great job with maintaining the landscape, but I just wish someone could pressure wash the concreate entry ways and stairs going to and from the building and the parking lot. If that would be added to the routine grounds maintenance, then University Village would get 5 stars across the board.
