|Recommended: YesOverall Great But It Has It's Negatives — Parking is paid per month per spot, but is always available. After 8pm you will most likely have to park farther than normal because it's first come first serve. The parking lots are the most noisy but it's expected in a college area. The grounds are beautiful and accommodating I wish they had a squat rack in their gym but besides that it is fully stocked with brand new equipment. I'm convinced the maintenance will get fired if they work too hard or arrive on time. But at least they respond quickly. Don't expect them to ever fix a gate. The staff are super nice and helpful and respond quickly with the small things, but if they are at fault for any reason it's like they pretend they didn't hear you. Check-in day is extremely organized Overall, I would recommend this complex. But I would also only recommend living in the UV portion.

|Recommended: YesGreat Layout, Randie Deserves A Raise, But Some Homeless People — I’ve already recommended and have a friend apply I think the office staff especially Thomas and Randie are great, and my only complaints are there still are homeless people in the garbage cans and that the work order we submitted were marked as fixed but never actually fixed... which sucked.

|Recommended: YesConvenient — I lived in an upstairs unit in the UV's. It was nice and convenient being close to school and the freeway. Parking was never a problem and I love that. They always have good deals for leasing. The only thing is that you can hear EVERYTHING going on outside and through the walls. I even could hear my downstairs neighbor's activities. The heat insulation was horrible. It got way too hot within minutes of the AC being off. Maintenance took 3 days to tend to my high priority request of fixing my AC in 100 degree weather. I called a couple times but that didn't help. It wasnt until i physically came to the office to complain that we got a temporary AC unit until we got serviced. Other than that, the gym is nice, the pools are clean, and the outside areas with the grill seating are cool.
