|Recommended: YesNice College Apartment — Lots of closet space, beautiful grounds
|Recommended: YesHomey, Welcoming, College Atmosphere — I have only been living here for one week, but the area seems very lowkey. There are a lot of college students in the area, and it seems to be very welcoming
|Recommended: YesClean And Safe — Quiet community with great location near University campus
|Recommended: YesConsistent — it is a good place to live, very well patrol, upkeep is well, and is close as in Sac State and has fod places and gas station nearby. Also helpful that everything in included.
|Recommended: YesPretty Great — I haven't had any problems with neighbors or anything else since I moved in. It's been a pretty good living experience. Everyone in the office is nice and always helpful.
|Recommended: YesDecent Enough — its close to campus
|Recommended: YesReally Pretty But The Quality Is Not There — The apartments are spacious and it's great that there are two different pools and gyms. Compared to most college apartments it's really nice.
However, the driveway gates are always open so whats the point Plus all the doors along the gate that are supposed to keep us safe are all broken or were never activated. There seems to be a lot of effort put into making this place look really nice but not into actually making it nice. The walls are super thin, the dishwasher in my updated unit is older than I am, there are still holes in my walls from other peoples art, lots of obvious damage on the molding along the floor, and it took them a month to find the door to my closet...
it's nicer than most college apartments but if it weren't for the location and the fact that I was able to win 100 off my rent for next year I would not be living here.
|Recommended: YesIt's A Cool Place — It's really quiet but a nice place

|Recommended: YesNear School — It is the best apartment building for student and it is quite
|Recommended: YesGreat — When I first moved I read some bad reviews and Kind of got scared. But I have never had a bad experience living here and Love how close it is to campus. Overall great apartments to live in.
