|Recommended: NoStaff Maintenance Efficiency — Parking is nice, it’s always available near your apartment. The walls and ceilings are very thin so you can sometimes hear your neighbors, depending on how loud they are. Managing staff and maintenance don’t answer as quickly or efficiently as possible. We called management several times in order to renew our lease and it took them a while to get back to us, even when we had left a message.

|Recommended: YesIts A Comfortable Place To Live In With Great Access To The City. — The complex is very homey, ive only been here a week and im already comfortable. Everything in Sacramento is easily accessed from this location. The staff in the front office is great as well, Zahraa answered any questions I had and made sure we were able to secure our unit in a timely manner.

|Recommended: YesGood So Far — The only problem I had is that when I Moved into my apartment that was supposed to be furnished they didn’t have our furniture in the apartment. I had to wait about 4 days to get it. Other than that no other major problems. There is a small whole in my wall in my room. That’s about it

|Recommended: YesThe Urv Complex Is A Decent And Affordable Place To Live — I live in a ground level apartment on the URV side of the complex and unfortunately due to the carpet being removed from the upstairs apartment, I can hear everything that goes on above my unit especially because they are extremely inconsiderate to their neighbors. Overall, the URV is a decent place to live, although it would be nicer if ALL the parking gates were functional and the trash around the complex was minimized. The laundry amenities could be improved as well, in every laundry room there is a dysfunctional dryer. Dog waste bag dispensers and more accessible garbage cans would be a good idea to minimize the poo around the landscaping.
