|Recommended: YesGreat For What It Is — It's a decent apartment in terms of size utilities cleanliness for the amount you are paying. It sucks having to share it and the walls are NOT soundproof in the SLIGHTEST, so prepare for literal headache if your roommate can't respect a quiet hour. But that's just the market we live in, for the rate they ask it's very much not bad. Highly recommend it for Sac State students in particular due to competitive pricing compared to the dorms, being a 10-15 walk from campus and being a 5 minute walk from a set of open-late restaurants convenience stores.

|Recommended: YesI Love Living Here — I’ve honestly been so happy living here. I used to live at the element and it was miserable. Moving from there to here was the best decision I made. The staff was so nice and helpful. They made moving easy for me and I never felt pressured to live here. It is SO quiet and peaceful I couldn’t be more happy about that. I get occasional noise from my upstairs neighbors but nothing crazy. There’s no parties or loud music to worry about. The whole property is clean and again SO peaceful and quiet I’m a student but I also work full time so getting to be in a quiet relaxing area in my own apartment is great. I occasionally have to park a bit farther from my apartment if I come home late at night but there is PLENTY of parking so you never have to worry about that. I recommend everyone live here if you’re looking for an affordable, quiet, beautiful area to live.
